About The Position

Gentiva Hospice is hosting an Open House/Walk In Wednesday event to recruit passionate and committed Registered Nurses (RNs) for current hospice openings. This event provides an opportunity to learn more about career opportunities in compassionate, patient-centered care, meet the Gentiva Hospice team, explore the company culture, mission, and values, and speak directly with hiring managers. Attendees can participate in on-site interviews, discuss potential career paths, and learn about making a meaningful impact on patients and families in hospice care. Light refreshments will be served, and there will be a chance to win a YETI cooler. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for Full-Time RN openings, including RN Case Manager, Patient Care Manager, and Afterhours Care Manager roles.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurses (RN) licensed in the state of employment.
  • Professionals committed to providing patient-focused care.
  • Professionals committed to building strong relationships with patients, families, and referral sources.

Nice To Haves

  • Limited after-hours backup on call for RN Case Manager role.
  • Availability for Monday-Thursday shifts for Afterhours Care Manager role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate care to patients and families in hospice.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, families, and referral sources.
  • Perform case management duties for RN Case Manager role.
  • Take on leadership responsibilities as a Patient Care Manager.
  • Provide after-hours care as an Afterhours Care Manager.
