Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN Nights Sandy Health and Rehab | Sandy, UT Need a nursing role that fits around your life? At Sandy Health and Rehab , our PRN night shifts allow you to pick up coverage when it works best for you, while still delivering the compassionate care our residents deserve. What We Offer: Flexible, On-Call Scheduling: Night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) as coverage is needed Low Commitment: Required to pick up at least 1 shift per month No Weekend Requirement What You'll Do: Order and manage medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed Prepare and administer treatments and medications as ordered by physicians Notify physicians and/or family members when there is a change in resident condition Deliver professional nursing services such as tube feedings, suction, catheterization, dressing changes, wound care, packs, and irrigations as necessary Provide continuous observation and monitoring of seriously ill residents Advocate for residents, ensuring other team members are delivering care according to resident care plans and personal wishes Accurately complete required charting and documentation in a timely manner Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to geriatric residents requiring 24/7 support Training & Support: We provide personalized training and ongoing support so you feel confident in your role while continuing to develop professionally. Requirements

  • Current RN license in good standing
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility and dependability

Responsibilities

  • Order and manage medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed

  • Notify physicians and/or family members when there is a change in resident condition
