Work location: Texas Health Fort Worth, 1301 Pennsylvania Ave. Fort Worth, TX 76104
Work hours: PRN Nights 3P-3A with Rotating weekends/holidays – PRN I requires a minimum of 1 shift per 6 week schedule.

Here’s What You Need
· Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred
· 1 year experience as a registered nurse
· 2+ years experience as a registered nurse in dialysis preferred
· RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire required
· BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
· CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention within 90 days required
· ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days required

Requirements
