About The Position
The Center at Grande is looking for RN's to join their team. This role involves delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, monitoring and documenting patient status and treatments, and supporting residents' physical and emotional well-being.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Texas
- CPR certification
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
- Commitment to upholding professional and ethical nursing standards
Responsibilities
