Join our specialized outpatient Wound Care and Ostomy team, serving both Aurora Medical Center locations, with additional Hyperbaric Therapy services offered at Aurora Medical Center – Kenosha. Our department operates as a hospital outpatient setting with six treatment rooms, providing comprehensive wound management and ostomy care. Patient volume averages 30–35 outpatient visits per day at AMCK and 13–15 at AMCMP, with visit lengths ranging from approximately 20 minutes to 3 hours depending on complexity. The unit operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with no weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements, and also includes inpatient rounding during the week. Our interdisciplinary team includes RNs, Wound Care Technicians, and Clinical Office Assistants, all working collaboratively alongside a physician and nurse practitioner to support patient care, with a mix of RN-only visits and provider-supported visits. This role is ideal for RNs with wound care experience or exposure who are confident in their assessment skills and committed to patient safety. Ostomy and hyperbaric therapy experience are preferred but not required. We are looking for team-oriented individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to grow within a specialized, supportive outpatient setting.
