About The Position

Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for their Women's Services Department. This role is vital in making communities healthier. The Women's Services Department fosters a culture of teamwork and effective communication to provide specialized care to patients ranging from neonatal to geriatric.

Requirements

• Current state RN license
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
• Basic Life Support certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience
• ASLS certification

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments.
