About The Position
Registered Nurse (RN) – Weekend Clinical at Southfield Village, part of Greencroft Communities. This is a nonprofit senior living community where relationships matter, teamwork is valued, and every team member plays an important role in helping residents thrive. The Weekend Clinical RN provides high-quality, resident-centered care and serves as a clinical leader during their shift.
Requirements
- Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous nursing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for serving older adults and making a positive impact every day
Responsibilities
- Delivering compassionate nursing care that promotes residents' health, dignity, and independence
- Assessing residents and responding to changes in condition
- Coordinating and overseeing individualized care plans
- Collaborating with CNAs, physicians, therapists, and families to ensure exceptional care
- Supporting and mentoring team members while fostering a positive work environment
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and their loved ones
