About The Position
Ocean Grove Rehab and Nursing is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our long-term care team in Millsboro, DE. This is a Full Time Weekend Baylor Program where you work 16 hours on Saturday and 16 hours on Sunday, and get paid for 20 hours each day. To qualify for the Baylor pay, you must work all Baylor shifts. Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- New grads welcome – training and orientation provided

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care standards
