Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (GA or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years of recent urology or related specialty experience
- BLS & ACLS certifications (AHA required)
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a urology specialty clinic
- Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, and treatments
- Perform patient assessments, triage, and care coordination
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-care instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
