Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel
About The Position
Horizon Health, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Behavioral Health at Metropolitan Behavioral Health in Dearborn, MI. This is a full-time position with a 3x12 schedule, requiring every other weekend and rotating holidays. The role involves assessing, monitoring, recording, and reporting patient conditions, maintaining accurate patient records, and collaborating with the treatment team. Requirements
- Current Michigan RN license
- At least one year of nursing experience in behavioral health or related area
- Current CPR or BLS certification
Nice To Haves
- Working knowledge of Epic eletronic medical records and Omnicell automated medication dispensing system highly desired
Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, record and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions
- Maintain accurate patient reports and medical histories
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure the best possible care for the patients
