Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel
About The Position
Horizon Health, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment at The Meadows Psychiatric Center in Centre Hall, PA. This full-time position offers a 3x12 schedule, requiring every other weekend, with a choice of day or night shifts. The role involves providing quality care and making a positive impact on patient well-being within a leading behavioral health services management company. The Adventure RN program offers flexible employment opportunities across a national network of behavioral health facilities, with opportunities for career development and easy intercompany transfers.
Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania RN license or compact/multi-state license
- At least one year of nursing experience in behavioral health or related area
- Current CPR or BLS certification
Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, record and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions
- Maintain accurate patient reports and medical histories
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure the best possible care for the patients
