Registered Nurse - RN -Transitional Care Unit
About The Position
Join our team as we seek a Registered Nurse to work on our Transitional Care Unit. This is a 32-bed unit specializing in nursing care for Stroke, Neurological, Transplant, Orthopedic, and Cardiac patients aged 18 and older. The average length of stay for patients is 2-3 weeks, offering the opportunity to connect and build relationships with patients on their road to recovery. Requirements
- BSN Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing is required.
- BLS provider (accredited by the American Heart Association) required prior to hire.
- Illinois Board of Nursing license prior to hire.
