About The Position

This position is responsible for the coordination of patients through the state-wide Transfer Center. Working with physicians and applying clinical judgement to facilitate the management, placement, and transport of patients throughout the state to Sister Hospitals or facilities that can provide the proper level of care and specialty for the individual needs of each patient. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
  • 3 years recent clinical experience in acute care is required.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
  • Critical care experience is preferred.
  • ED or ICU experience preferred.
