Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within the last 12 months).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have trach/vent experience.

Nice To Haves

• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to young adults with high acuity needs including feeding tubes, trach, and vents.
• Work with patients requiring trach and vent care.
• Perform electronic documentation using a tablet in each patient's home.
