About The Position

This is a need for Medical/Surgical (MS), Telemetry (TELE), and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) specialties. Travelers must be comfortable working in each specialty. This is a very small, rural facility. The client will not consider any candidate who resides within 50 miles of the facility. Candidates must be able to work independently and 'hit the ground running'. Requested time off during the assignment must be noted and verified at upload; requests after upload will not be approved. 5 days or less of requested time off will be approved for a 13-week assignment. Travelers may not take all holidays off. Candidates must work two blocks if scheduled/needed: Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and the weekend after, Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and the weekend after, and New Year Eve through New Year Day and the weekend after. No non-billable orientation. Overtime and Holiday multipliers are 1.25%. Call and Call-Back are not applicable.

Requirements

Comfortable with Medical/Surgical (MS), Telemetry (TELE), and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) specialties.
Experience in the Medical/Surgical setting with cardiac monitoring required.
3+ years PCU, Med/Surg, Tele experience.
Telemetry experience.
Basic dysrhythmia test in profile.
New Hampshire RN license or Compact.
Active American Heart Association BLS.
Active American Heart Association ACLS.
Work History Skills Checklist Medical Surgical (pertinent to position), current to 1 year.
Skills Checklist Telemetry (pertinent to position), current to 1 year.
Skills Checklist Progressive Care Unit (pertinent to position), current to 1 year.
1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment).
Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment.
Perm address must be included in profile.
Any/All RTO must be included in profile.
All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission.
Candidates must not reside within 50 miles of the facility.
