Registered Nurse (RN) Telemetry - $15,000 sign-on bonus! Department/Unit Summary Join our team in a 34-bed Telemetry unit, located on the 4th floor, where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of RNs, LPNs, CMAs, CNAs and Monitor Techs. With a 1:5 to 1:6 nurse to patient ratio, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position utilizes advanced monitoring technology to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure optimal outcomes for our diverse patient population. Requirements

Current state RN license
Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire

Nice To Haves

ACLS preferred
One year of experience preferred
