About The Position
Arise CareStaff is looking to hire experienced Telemetry (Tele) Registered Nurses (RN) to work for our client healthcare facility in Lynwood, CA. This is a Per Diem position with a Day shift (1x12 Hours) from 0700 - 1930. The assignment requires computer charting using Epic.
Requirements
- California Registered Nurse (RN) License
- BLS certification by the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification by the American Heart Association
- NIHSS certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as Telemetry (Tele) Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient care and observations accurately in Epic.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate care.
