About The Position

As a Registered Nurse on the 1 South unit at Lankenau Medical Center, you will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team, providing care and treatment to patients within a 24-bed unit. This role focuses on caring for a telemetry and stroke patient population. The position offers opportunities for professional development through a Tuition Reimbursement Program, eligibility for up to $6,000 per year based on employment status. Additionally, nurses are encouraged to get involved in hospital and system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements

  • 1 year of RN experience required.
  • RN Diploma, ASN required.
  • PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.

Nice To Haves

  • Telemetry and stroke experience highly preferred.
  • BSN preferred.
  • Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
