Registered Nurse RN Team Lead
About The Position
We are looking for a full-time Registered Nurse Clinic Team Lead to join our team! Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred. If you enjoy working collaboratively with a team, are good with a computer, and have excellent organizational and customer service skills, this is the position for you! This position will be located at our new Rhinelander facility in Spring of 2027! ABOUT BONE & JOINT Bone & Joint is a physician owned practice with a great team of orthopedic and PM&R providers. We currently have offices in Rib Mountain, Wausau, Merrill, Medford, Plover and Rhinelander starting in 2027, to service much of central Wisconsin. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse Licensure, Compact Registered Nurse Licensure, or the ability to apply
- Valid Driver's License and CPR Certification
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
- Good with a computer
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Rooming patients, taking vitals and health history
- Providing concise reports to the treating provider
- Assisting in the plan of care
- Providing triage support
- Tracking lab and imaging results
- Assisting Clinical Leadership with meeting departmental financial goals
- Coordinating daily clinic operations
- Reviewing and updating policies and procedures
- Assisting with rounding and performance reviews
