About The Position

The Trauma Surgical Unit is a 20-room nursing unit within a verified Level 1 Trauma Center. This unit delivers exceptional care to a vast array of trauma and acute care surgery patients. Patient populations include, but are not limited to, trauma surgery and related multi-system injuries, orthopedic trauma and related injuries, emergent and scheduled acute care surgery, and other Neurosurgical and Vascular surgical patients, as well as limited medical overflow.

Requirements

Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma required.
At least 1 year of RN experience – Demonstrated competence in RN I performance expectations or meets experience requirements upon hire.
Basic computer skills necessary to operate computer systems used on unit.
