As a nurse working on the Surgical Trauma ICU unit, you will be working alongside uniquely educated staff to care for our high acuity patient population with penetrating trauma, blunt force trauma, liver/pancreas transplants, complex abdominal surgeries and multi-system failure. The Surgical Trauma department serves the greater Tucson area and as far west as Yuma and east to the New Mexico border. Once they arrive on the unit, they receive specialty services, including CRRT. Banner University Medical Center- Tucson is an Academic, Level 1 Trauma hospital in Southern Arizona. This is a Full Time, Night Shift (7:00PM - 7:30AM) working 3/12 hour shifts. You will also have the opportunity to utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage.
