About The Position

White Oak of Rock Hill is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team. White Oak of Rock Hill is a 141-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center conveniently located near Piedmont Medical Center. Our facility provides both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services in a dedicated rehabilitation wing.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited, state-approved school of nursing
• Current, active South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to resident-centered care

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies
• Coordinate resident care with interdisciplinary team members
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and effectively
