About The Position

Emerge Nursing and Rehabilitation has an opportunity for a Per diem Registered Nurse Supervisor to join their growing team. Shift available: Per diem Weekends 11PM-7AM & 3PM-11AM CPT Approved Site.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Reliable transportation
• Demonstrate excellent work ethic.
• Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care according to individualized needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the nursing staff to ensure the operational standards of the facility are met.
• Administers nursing care to the ill, injured or disabled residents.
• Monitors and reports changes in residents symptoms and behavior.
• Communicates and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team and or physicians.
• Guides the staff and ensures tasks are being completed.
