Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
Minimum of one year of experience in nursing administration or supervisory roles, preferably in long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including those specific to skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to foster a compassionate and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

Staff Supervision: Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care in compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards.
Patient Care Management: Oversee patient care plans, ensuring that they are appropriately developed, implemented, and evaluated to meet individual needs and enhance health outcomes.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain knowledge of and ensure adherence to state, federal, and local regulations regarding long-term care and rehabilitation services.
Education & Training: Develop and implement training programs for nursing staff to enhance skills and support professional development.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals and departments to foster a team-based environment and improve patient outcomes.
