This role promotes and integrates Charter Senior Living's mission and core values into daily operations and oversees care staff to ensure compliance, resident satisfaction, and exceptional service. The RCC provides direct leadership to frontline care associates by coordinating schedules, supporting performance, and maintaining standards of care. This position reports directly to the Health & Wellness Director (HWD) and works closely with community leadership.

Requirements

Active Med Tech and/or CMT certification (required)
Prior assisted living or senior living experience
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Passion for resident-centered care and team development

Responsibilities

Oversee daily assisted living care operations to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance
Supervise, schedule, coach, and evaluate care staff
Administer medications and treatments as required (Med Tech/CMT duties)
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to state regulations and community policies
Support resident assessments, care plans, and service delivery
Serve as a role model and resource for caregivers and med techs
Collaborate with leadership to promote resident safety, satisfaction, and wellbeing
