This role promotes and integrates Charter Senior Living's mission and core values into daily operations and oversees care staff to ensure compliance, resident satisfaction, and exceptional service. The RCC provides direct leadership to frontline care associates by coordinating schedules, supporting performance, and maintaining standards of care. This position reports directly to the Health & Wellness Director (HWD) and works closely with community leadership.
