The organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to manage building operations during off-hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends. In this leadership capacity, the RN Supervisor will serve as the clinical and operational lead, responsible for nursing oversight, staff supervision, decision-making, and ensuring safe, compliant, high-quality resident care when administrative leadership is not present. This role acts as the primary contact for staff support, clinical issues, and urgent situations, ensuring the facility operates smoothly. This is a leadership position for an RN who is confident, accountable, and comfortable taking charge.

Requirements

Current Registered Nurse License
Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent experience
Experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
Confident, accountable, and comfortable being in charge

Responsibilities

Oversee building operations during off-hours coverage, including evenings, nights, and weekends
Serve as the clinical and operational lead for the building
Be responsible for nursing oversight, staff supervision, decision-making, and ensuring safe, compliant, high-quality resident care when administrative leadership is not on-site
Serve as the point person for staff support, clinical issues, and urgent situations
Ensure the building always runs smoothly
Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating knowledge and skills of current nursing practices
Communicate and document effectively with nurses, physicians, therapists, and families regarding resident care
Assure that effective quality nursing care is delivered, which is outcome-focused through the utilization of the nursing process
