Registered Nurse (RN) - Stress and Non Interventional
About The Position
This position is a Non-Interventional Cardiology and Stress Lab hybrid role. Day shift with required flexibility with start and end times. ACLS and BLS. Experience in stress lab and sedation is preferred. There will be call rotation for weeknights and weekends. Must respond to call within 30 minutes. Be the Nurse Who Redefines Care. Our department is a collaborative cardiac care team where you’ll work with a diverse mix of interventional and non‑interventional patients across 2 state‑of‑the‑art Cath Labs, 2 EP Labs, and 12 Pre/Post Cardiac rooms. If you’re a positive, team‑focused RN with experience in Cardiology, Cath/EP Lab, Cardiac Rehab, ICU, or ER—and hold BLS and ACLS—you’ll thrive in this collaborative, patient‑centered environment. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or within 6 months.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in stress lab and sedation is preferred.
- Previous experience in Cath/EP Lab is preferred; ER/ICU may be considered.
