Registered Nurse (RN) - Stepdown
About The Position
As a Full-time Night, Stepdown Nurse at Riddle Hospital, you will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team working within a 17-bed unit. You will provide care and treatment for Stepdown/Progressive Care (PCU) patients, significantly impacting their Patient Experience. This role offers opportunities for career development through a Tuition Reimbursement Program (up to $6,000 annually) for certifications or advanced nursing degrees (BSN, MSN, MBA, PhD, DNP). You can also get involved in hospital and system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements
- One year of recent Telemetry or Stepdown level Nurse experience required.
- RN Diploma, ASN required.
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
- ACLS preferred.
