About The Position

Main Line Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Stepdown/Progressive Care unit at Paoli Hospital. The nurse cares for patients with trauma, cardiac, respiratory, neurological, medical, and surgical conditions in an interdisciplinary setting within a unit of 16 or more beds. The role is scheduled to work three out of four weekends per month on Saturday and Sunday, with additional weekday hours available for pickup if desired.

The position offers opportunities to participate in hospital- and system-wide nursing committees, unit councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and the Clinical Ladder program. Tuition reimbursement is available for eligible education, including advanced nursing degrees, up to $6,000 per year based on full- or part-time status.

Requirements

• One year of recent Stepdown Nurse experience.
• RN Diploma or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN).
• Pennsylvania RN license or a multi-state license verified in an approved Nursing Licensure Compact state.
• Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
