Registered Nurse (RN) - Stepdown/PCU
About The Position
As a part of the Interdisciplinary Team working within a 14-bed unit, your care and treatment of patients is an integral part of their Patient Experience. As a Registered Nurse, you would be caring for the Stepdown/Progressive Care (PCU) patient population. This role offers opportunities for career development through tuition reimbursement for advanced nursing degrees and involvement in hospital and system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements
- One year of recent Telemetry or Stepdown level Nurse experience required.
- RN Diploma, ASN required.
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
Nice To Haves
- Recent Stepdown experience preferred.
- BSN preferred.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
