About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) with high acuity, specifically trach and vent experience, to join their Transition Team. This role will cover critical STAT openings for both adult and pediatric clients across Camden and Burlington Counties. The position offers specialized training, 24/7 clinical support, and premium pay for Transitional STAT assignments. BAYADA emphasizes a supportive environment where nurses are valued and taken care of, focusing on one-to-one client care and professional development.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• High acuity - trach and vent experience.

Responsibilities

• Help cover critical STAT openings with adult and pediatric clients.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluation.
