Registered Nurse (RN) Staff Team Leader - Mother Baby Unit, 24 hours/week, day shift
About The Position

This leadership position in Patient Care Services directs and provides developmentally appropriate nursing care to patients. The role demonstrates a commitment to and performs in accordance with the philosophy, established policies, procedures, and standards of the Nursing Division and the Hospital. The Team Leader acts as a role model to staff members, promoting excellence in patient care, and is able to effectively manage team work concepts, remaining flexible in response to changes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Massachusetts RN licensure.
- Current BCLS and ACLS required.
- Minimum 2 years recent experience in a level 2 SCN or NICU required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience and BSN preferred.
- Prior charge nurse experience preferred.
