Registered Nurse (RN) - SICU
About The Position
As a Registered Nurse in the Surgical/Trauma ICU at Lankenau Medical Center, you will be an integral part of an Interdisciplinary Team working within a 16-bed unit. You will provide care and treatment to surgical and trauma intensive care patients, significantly impacting their patient experience. This role offers opportunities for career development through certifications and advanced nursing degrees, supported by a Tuition Reimbursement Program of up to $6,000 annually. You can also get involved in hospital and system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements
- One year of recent ICU Nurse experience required.
- RN Diploma, ASN required.
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
- ACLS certification.
Nice To Haves
- Surgical/Trauma ICU Nurse experience is preferred.
- BSN preferred.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
Responsibilities
