About The Position

Senior LIFE is expanding its RN Home Care team and is looking for dedicated healthcare professionals. As an RN, you will work as an extension of the Clinic Team, providing care in home and community settings for the senior population of Bethlehem and surrounding areas. The role offers autonomy and flexibility, allowing you to make a difference by providing meaningful one-on-one care and developing relationships with participants, their families, and team members. Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Ability to provide care in home and community settings.
