About The Position

The Inpatient Oncology Float RN position at Seidman is a dynamic role where you will float to all four inpatient oncology units on the main campus. This position offers a competitive pay rate of up to $65 per hour, depending on shifts and benefit elections. It involves a day/night rotation, working three 12-hour shifts per week, with every other weekend and every other holiday commitment. Requirements

  • 1+ years of RN experience, preferably oncology
  • Other Accredited Program Diploma in Nursing () or ADN Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
  • Knowledge of nursing process and practice. (Required proficiency)
  • Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed clinical therapies (ie. stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices. (Required proficiency)
  • Registered Nurse (RN), Ohio and/or Multi State Compact License (Required Upon Hire)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required Upon Hire)

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of experience in Med Surg is highly preferred
  • BSN Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
  • MSN Master's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on clinical area standards.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) may be required based on clinical area standards.
