About The Position
Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one nursing care for a student at Monadnock Middle/High School in Swanzey, NH. This role offers the chance to build meaningful relationships, provide individualized care, and help a student thrive in the classroom. It features predictable daytime hours with no nights, weekends, or holidays, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire
- Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience within the past five years
- Current CPR Certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without restrictions
- Reliable transportation
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nursing care throughout the school day.
- Monitor the student's health status and respond to medical needs as they arise.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and the student's care plan.
- Partner with teachers, school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to support the student's health, safety, and success.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment that allows your student to fully participate in school.
