Clinical Care Operations (CCO) is the hub of patient management for the campus, providing relief staffing to clinical departments/units. Several employee groups report to CCO, including clinical positions such as RN House Senior Managers, SWAT RNs, and the Resource Team (RNs, CNA's, PCAs, and HUCs), plus non-clinical roles such as Transporters, Dispatchers, and Placement Liaisons. As a Registered Nurse on the CCO team, you will support the clinical needs of multiple units throughout the hospital (Progressive Care, Med/Surg, and Observation), based on your areas of expertise. In addition, we are always looking to grow our team members by expanding skillsets based off of quarterly goal planning with your management team. Schedule: Full Time, Night Shift, working 3/12-hour shifts; weekend and holiday rotation required. Enjoy a flat rate $3.00/hour weekend shift differential. POSITION SUMMARY This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.
