The Clinical Care Operations Unit provides patient care to multiple areas within Banner Ironwood Medical Center & Banner Goldfield Medical Center. As an RN on our Resource Team you will gain two service lines and extensive experience in multiple units! You will float between departments based on the patient and business needs. You'll be accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by yourself and others who are under your direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients. The ideal candidate will have acute care experience in PCU within the last 12 months and hold two service lines, but willing to train an experienced PCU RN to 2nd service line. This is a Full Time, Day Shift working 3/12 hour shifts from 7:00AM-7:30PM. You will also have the opportunity to utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage.
