The rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health Rehabilitation Hospital provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. The RN develops nursing care plans in coordination with the patient, family, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. They communicate changes in the patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate, and participate in the discharge planning process. You’ll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing. Requirements

  • Current state RN license
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school
  • CPR/BCLS certification

Nice To Haves

  • ACLS preferred
  • CCRN preferred
  • Minimum six months’ Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred
