The position requires pursuing professional development, completing required education, and maintaining certifications, while adhering to ethical decision-making and respecting interdisciplinary roles. The RN will also maintain accurate EHR documentation and may be required to float to other units or facilities to meet patient care needs. The role requires demonstrating knowledge and skills appropriate to the age of the patients served, including understanding growth and development principles and assessing data reflective of patient status and age-specific needs.
