Under the supervision of the Procedural Scheduling Assistant Director, and in partnership with operational and nursing leadership, the Quality Outcomes Coordinator monitors, analyzes, and improves the quality, safety, and operational performance of procedural scheduling. The Coordinator defines and tracks key performance indicators related to scheduling accuracy, patient access, and capacity utilization; analyzes trends; and leads data-driven performance improvement initiatives using structured quality methods. The Coordinator builds dashboards and reports that turn data into clear, prioritized recommendations, standardizes how performance is measured, and partners across scheduling, clinics, procedural and perioperative areas, and informatics to sustain improvements. The Coordinator provides insight, analysis, and tracking to support decision-making; leaders own decisions and execution.
