About The Position
Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for a Pulmonary Specialty role at El Paso Rehab and Healthcare Center. This position offers an exciting career opportunity for RNs looking to change their day-to-day routine. The role involves providing specialized nursing care to residents with acute and chronic respiratory conditions. While no prior pulmonary experience is needed as training will be provided, the position requires administering pulmonary treatments, monitoring respiratory health, educating patients and families, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal pulmonary care.
Requirements
- Active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking for effectively managing respiratory conditions.
- Excellent patient education abilities.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient-centered, and dedication to delivering exceptional respiratory care.
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
