Responsible for delivering high-quality, resident-centered nursing care in a collaborative and supportive environment. RNs in our senior rehabilitation unit provide exceptional nursing care to elderly patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. This role works closely with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal recovery and overall well-being. Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in a senior rehabilitation unit
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Strong documentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Monitoring residents’ conditions and promptly responding to changes
• Accurately documenting care, progress, and outcomes
