A Behavioral Health RN who excels in this role: Assesses patient and plan care within set timeframes and document findings according to policies. Demonstrates leadership through duties that may include delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, meal supervision, etc. Will also oversee staff to ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care is consistently delivered by self and all members of the team. RN will follow hospital policy for medication administration.

Requirements

• Current state RN license
• Associate degree from an accredited nursing school
• 21 years of age or older
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• De-escalation certification required or obtain within 30 days of hire
• Current Arizona or compact multi-state RN license
• Associate's degree required
