Requirements

• Current State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma in Nursing.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - Required within 6 months of hire
• Handle with Care preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilizing specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator.
• Shaping exceptional patient journeys every day.
• Leveraging skills and cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.
• Providing expert post-surgical care across all types of surgeries, including general surgery, orthopedic procedures, and colectomies.
• Providing age-appropriate care and recovery protocols for adult and adolescent patients.
• Utilizing advanced skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Making quick decisions, adapting, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Providing meticulous post-surgical monitoring and care to promote rapid and effective recovery.
• Developing personalized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient to ensure a smooth and efficient recovery process.
