About The Position

Ageless Women’s Health, a sister company of Ageless Men’s Health, is a leading provider of Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), medical weight loss, and personalized wellness and concierge medicine for women. They are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join their growing women’s health clinic in Henderson, NV. The RN will play an essential role in patient care, education, and building long-term wellness relationships, supporting women in taking charge of their health.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
• EMR proficiency and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (preferred)
• Experience in women’s health, wellness, or hormone therapy (preferred)
• Phlebotomy, IV, and injection experience (highly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Performing patient assessments, reviewing medical histories, and documenting care in the EMR.
• Performing hands-on clinical procedures including blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular or subcutaneous injections.
• Administering and monitoring hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and medical weight loss treatments, including GLP-1 medications and other metabolic health protocols.
• Supporting and performing wellness services such as IV nutrient therapy, vitamin injections, and nutritional support programs.
• Providing care within concierge medicine offerings, including Pap smears, birth control management, lab work and blood testing, preventive health screenings, common illness management, STD/STI testing, and UTI testing.
• Educating patients about hormone balance, weight management, and lifestyle strategies for long-term wellness.
• Collaborating with medical providers to tailor care plans and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Contributing to a warm, patient-focused clinic culture built on empathy, professionalism, and trust.
