About The Position

Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatrics Office for a permanent/full-time position in New Hampshire. Local candidates are preferred. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care in a pediatric outpatient setting, collaborating with healthcare professionals, administering treatments, monitoring patients, educating families, and supervising support staff. The position requires adherence to clinical policies and professional nursing standards.

Requirements

  • Previous nursing experience in Pediatrics, Primary Care, Family Practice, or an outpatient clinical setting – Required
  • New graduate nurses are not eligible for this position
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, and patient care practices
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or higher from an accredited nursing program – Required
  • Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact RN License at the time of submission – Required
  • BLS Certification (AHA) – Required
  • ACLS Certification – Required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in a pediatric outpatient setting.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to develop and coordinate individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, immunizations, treatments, and other nursing interventions as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
  • Educate pediatric patients and their families regarding disease management, medications, preventive care, and treatment plans.
  • Supervise and provide clinical guidance to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Medical Assistants (MAs) as appropriate.
  • Advocate for patient safety, comfort, and quality care while maintaining professional nursing standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and perform additional duties as assigned.
