About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to medically fragile infants, children, and adolescents in their homes. This role focuses on the medical needs and treatment of patients according to the active plan of care, ensuring high-quality home health care in a loving, caring, and professional manner. Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Ability to provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate care.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Implement preventative initiatives to protect the quality of care for the patient.
