About The Position

As a Progressive Care (PCU) Nurse at Paoli Hospital, you will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team working within a 16-bed unit. Your care and treatment of patients requiring stepdown/progressive care is essential to their Patient Experience. This role offers opportunities for career development through our Tuition Reimbursement Program, which supports certifications and advanced nursing degrees (BSN, MSN, MBA, PhD, DNP), providing up to $6,000 annually based on employment status. You can also become engaged by participating in hospital and system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements

• One year(s) of recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown level Nurse experience required.
• RN Diploma, ASN required.
• PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
