We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care while collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Requirements

  • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
  • Current CPR certification
  • Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements
  • Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing

Responsibilities

  • Provide and oversee direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, treatments, and specialized nursing procedures safely and accurately
  • Assess residents and monitor for changes in condition
  • Communicate resident status updates to physicians, families, and appropriate team members
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
  • Respond appropriately to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies
  • Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
  • Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
  • Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed
